If you have more questions, you can set up a FREE 15 minute phone consultation with the therapist. Once you have scheduled your first session, look out for an email from us to complete your consent forms and assessment.

Once the Assessment is complete, your therapist can provide you with a treatment plan to reach your goals.
3. Start Treatment Sessions

4. Closing Session
Our practice recommends that once you have met your goals to end with a closing session to bring closure to your experience and discuss any further recommendations or resources.
