I believe healing begins when we feel truly heard, understood, and safe. During therapy, my goal is to provide you with a supportive and compassionate space, so you can begin to process your experiences, reconnect with your inner strengths, and move towards lasting emotional well-being. I enjoy working with clients of various backgrounds, including children, adolescents, young adults, and couples. I have a passion helping those experiencing anxiety, depression, the lasting impacts of complex-trauma/PTSD, life transitions, and more.

Therapy isn’t about “fixing” you, it’s about walking with you through your story, helping you process what’s happened, and building tools for resilience, clarity, and wellness. In our work together, I’ll help you explore how your past experiences, thoughts, and patterns may be shaping your present. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), an evidence-based approach that helps people heal from trauma, reduce emotional distress, and foster lasting change. My goal as your therapist is to help you move forward with greater clarity and self-compassion, so you can feel empowered to make choices that align with your true self and values.
