I support clients navigating OCD, phobias, anxiety, PTSD, complex trauma, and relationship or boundary concerns. Many of the clients I work with feel stuck in cycles of fear, avoidance, overthinking, self-doubt, perfectionism, or shame. Others are carrying painful experiences from the past and wanting to feel more present, grounded, and connected in their lives.

My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, supported, and understood, while also helping you move toward meaningful change.

I have a particular interest in working with OCD, phobias, and anxiety. I am trained in both Exposure and Response Prevention, ERP, and Inference-Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, I-CBT, for OCD. In our work together, we may focus on better understanding how OCD and anxiety operate, reducing compulsions and avoidance, building tolerance for uncertainty, and helping you reconnect with the life you want to be living.

I am also trained in EMDR therapy and have additional training in complex trauma. When working with trauma, I often use a blend of EMDR, parts work, mindfulness, and talk therapy. I believe healing happens best when we can approach your story with compassion rather than judgment, and when therapy moves at a pace that feels safe and intentional.

My style is warm, collaborative, and honest. I care deeply about helping clients understand themselves with more clarity and compassion, while also building practical tools for change. Every person is different, and we will work together to determine what you individually need to heal, grow, and get unstuck.
