It can be difficult to start your journey towards healing and growth. I would be honored to support you in this process. Through the course of therapy, my goal is to provide you with a supportive, empowering, and safe environment so that you can be your most authentic self. My approach as a therapist is collaborative and culturally responsive, as I believe our diverse experiences and backgrounds are to be treated with compassion and care. Through my experiences as a therapist, I have seen clients gain greater self-compassion, self-awareness, and insight to foster change in their lives.
I have experience working with a wide range of children, adults, and families, however, I am passionate about working with adults of all ages and teenagers. I specialize in working with individuals who have experienced trauma, depression, and anxiety. I have training in treating perinatal mental health issues, and enjoy working with parents as their family dynamics change. I have experience utilizing play therapy, attachment focused therapy, trauma-informed therapy, and have also completed training in EMDR.
Seeking out therapy support can be overwhelming or scary, so I acknowledge your courage in starting this journey. I look forward to walking beside you on this path.
