If your mind has been too loud for too long, let’s turn the volume down together. You’re already courageous for taking the first steps to find support. With me, you’ll have a warm, steady space where you’re safe to be fully yourself. We’ll go at your pace, set clear goals, and build small, doable steps toward the life you want.

I work with children, teens, young adults, and adults. My approach is person-centered, strengths-based, culturally responsive, and trauma-informed. I draw from ACT, mindfulness, positive psychology, and creative play/experiential methods; when useful, we’ll add practical skills from CBT and DBT. I hold unconditional positive regard. Your values, identity, and lived experience matter here.

If stories or games are your language, we’ll use them: card games, tabletop adventures, cozy games, open worlds, comics, anime, and sci-fi/fantasy. We’ll turn therapy goals into quests, map strengths and values like a character sheet, practice “skill checks” for communication and emotion tools, plan for “boss-battle” moments, and treat setbacks like respawns: information, not failure.

You’re the expert on your life. I’ll bring curiosity, care, and a toolkit. With the right support, hope becomes momentum. When you’re ready, I’m here.
