I am passionate about working with teenagers and young adults, postpartum moms and men of all ages. I am honored to be able to come alongside you in decision to seek help and am grateful you have made the decision to move forward in healing. You deserve to feel heard, valued and cared for. I approach therapy understanding that each person has their own individual experiences and needs. 

I have experience working with individuals from all walks of life and value the variety of backgrounds that each person brings to the therapy room. I also specialize in working with those who have experienced trauma as I am trained in EDMR and tend to approach treatment from an attachment based lens. 

As a therapist, I value honesty, transparency and work to collaborate as you seek change and transformation. Healing comes with hard work and I strive to provide a safe, nonjudgmental environment while providing help and creating hope. I believe that everyone is the author of their journey, with help and healing you can create a beautiful story.
