I am passionate about helping individuals process difficult experiences, heal from trauma, and develop healthier relationships with themselves and others. As someone trained in EMDR, I have a particular interest in working with individuals who feel stuck because of past experiences, including trauma, loss, difficult relationships, attachment wounds, and major life transitions. I also enjoy supporting women through the perinatal and postnatal seasons, including the emotional and relational challenges that can come with pregnancy, postpartum adjustment, parenthood, and changing family dynamics.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in an attachment-based perspective. I believe our experiences can shape the way we see ourselves and the world around us, but they don’t have to determine our future. Together, we can explore the patterns that developed for a reason, process what has been painful, and create space for something different. I value honesty, transparency, and genuine collaboration. My goal is to provide a safe, compassionate, nonjudgmental space where you can be honest about what you’re experiencing while receiving support and practical tools for meaningful change.​
