Taking steps to begin therapy can be intimidating, especially when life feels overwhelming. The pressures of life and wounds that may occur often feel isolating. My desire is to meet individuals in their current hardships so they can feel understood. By joining people where they are in life, and learning about each person's worldview, I hope they feel valued.  

 

I have a passion for working with individuals of all walks of life and from different cultural backgrounds. I have experience working with people from different countries and understand the challenges that come with acculturating to a culture outside of one’s home country.

 

I enjoy helping individuals identify how their strengths appear during challenging life experiences and helping people discover their inner resiliency. An area I have focused on is working with individuals that face anxiety, depression, grief, and trauma. The desire is to extend gentleness and compassion to those that I have the privilege to work with.

 

I have compassion for those that face life situations that can feel unbearable. My mission is to help you find hope when life can feel hopeless. There is value and courage in your story, and it would be an honor to walk alongside you in your healing journey.
