I find joy in working with a diverse range of clients, including children, teens, families, adults, couples, and find I connect well with neurodivergent folks. I hold affirming attitudes towards bipoc, LGBTQIA+, & neurodivergent experiences. My passion lies in supporting clients navigating past trauma, anxiety, family conflicts, use of boundaries, and helping those struggling to feel heard or understood. ​I am trained with somatic modalities, EMDR, and am trauma informed/conscious to help you connect to yourself again (body and mind). Supporting you in feeling confident and in control of your life.

My aim is to offer a safe, non-judgmental space for you to process your experiences as you journey towards healing. Whether you’re feeling frustrated, disconnected, or lost in your relationships. Seeking to support your child, improve family communication, or focus on your own needs. If you’re feeling alone, misunderstood, scared, anxious, or unmotivated.

I am here to be alongside you during your therapy journey.  Everyone at some point needs someone in their corner, it’s only human to need support. With work through small gradual changes, presence, consistency, and connection I meet you where you’re at in your mental health journey. We will uncover the resources & resiliency you have inside.
