Therapy is sacred work and I’m privileged to have the opportunity to bear witness to the hero you are within your story. My goals when working with clients are to identify their goals and the painful barriers that might be in their way. We also know the only way is through, rather than over or under these barriers. This is the Way. Healing takes place quickly and slowly when we dare to bring our darkness up to the light.

 

Transparency and modeling open communication is key so anticipate that I will be checking in on how therapy is working for you in regular intervals and having conversations on how we work together. It is my pleasure to work with a diverse set of clients through all developmental and life stages. I enjoy working with late adolescents and early career or collegiate individuals navigating through important and life changing stages with a grounded approach.
