Many of the ways we cope were developed for a reason, yet what once helped us through difficult moments can sometimes leave us feeling stuck. Therapy offers an opportunity to better understand yourself, make sense of your experiences, and move forward with greater intention. I strive to create a space where you can show up as you are, without judgment or pressure to have everything figured out.

 

I welcome clients from all backgrounds, identities, and lived experiences, including those within BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ communities. I enjoy working with teens, college students, individuals, and couples. I am especially passionate about supporting Latino/a/e/x individuals and creating space for conversations around culture, family, identity, and belonging. I recognize that these experiences can be both deeply meaningful and uniquely personal.

 

I approach therapy through a trauma-informed lens, drawing from attachment theory, parts work, and narrative therapy. Together, we'll explore the patterns that shape your relationships, emotions, and sense of self while making space to better understand the experiences, values, and identities that have influenced your story. Through this process, we'll develop practical tools that support meaningful and lasting change at a pace that feels respectful of where you are.
