Supervision is a valuable learning experience for both the supervisor and the supervisee. I love sharing all the lessons I’ve learned over the years—the successes, the challenges, and yes, even the mistakes—while working with children and families navigating complex needs like developmental delays, cognitive impairments, and severe mental illness across inpatient, outpatient, community, and school-based settings.
I am trained in Motivational Interviewing, CBT for Psychosis, and EMDR. My therapeutic approach is attachment-based, strength-focused, trauma-informed, and person-centered. It is my goal to create supervision a place where novice therapists feel safe to learn, ask questions, and build confidence. I especially enjoy guiding therapists as they work to overcome imposter syndrome as they progress towards their full potential as licensed therapists.
Outside of work, I love baking, gardening, traveling, hiking, walking, and capturing moments through photography.
