Beginning therapy—whether it’s your first time or you’re returning—can feel both hopeful and a little intimidating. I strive to create a space where you feel at ease from the start, supported as you take this important step for yourself.

I have experience working with individuals, couples, families, adolescents, and parents, and I tailor my approach to meet each person’s unique needs. While I often draw from person-centered therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, somatic therapy, and attachment-based approaches, my style is flexible and collaborative—adapting to what works best for you.

Together, we’ll explore your goals and define meaningful outcomes, helping you reconnect with your most authentic self. I prioritize creating a safe, inclusive, and nonjudgmental space where you feel heard and understood, as your voice and lived experience matter most. Through our work, we’ll process life’s challenges, heal from past experiences, and build practical tools to support your growth and well-being in everyday life.
