We all need a little extra support sometimes.
Life can feel heavy, and you don’t have to carry it alone. Together, we can make sense of what you’re going through and find a path toward greater balance, alignment, and ease.
I have a deep passion for working with women and girls of all ages and diverse cultural backgrounds. I also work with individuals, couples, families, and members of the LGBTQIA+ community who are seeking connection, clarity, and a stronger sense of self.
I believe your story matters. Your lived experiences are not only valid, they are an essential part of your growth. I also bring my own lived experience into this work as a source of insight, allowing me to show up with authenticity, empathy, and genuine understanding.
In our journey together, you are at the center of the process. Together, we’ll explore what’s been weighing on you and gently move toward a renewed sense of empowerment, support, and possibility.
My approach to therapy is integrative, collaborative, and grounded in creativity. We’ll draw from different methods to meet your unique needs, while also making space for play and curiosity. I believe creativity and play are powerful at any age—sometimes growth happens beyond words, through expression, exploration, and new ways of experiencing yourself and your relationships.
Healing and change are possible. With the right support, you can feel more grounded, connected, and confident in who you are becoming—while honoring all that you have been.
If this speaks to you, I’d love to connect and hear your story.
