My approach towards treatment is fostering insight that allows for growth, as well as looking at how past experiences can affect the present. I provide education about how our thoughts have the power to affect our feelings and behavior. I want you to recognize the power in yourself to create change towards a healthier lifestyle.

 

I specialize in working with teenagers, young adults, and women and also have experience working with a large variety of different ages and backgrounds. I would love the opportunity to come alongside you and help you work towards healing.
