II am passionate about coming alongside you and supporting you on your therapeutic journey. I take a client-centered approach, as this is YOUR therapeutic experience. I enjoy working with individuals and couples, especially those who have experienced trauma, and/or are experiencing anxiety, depression, and anger.

 

I am trained in EMDR, focusing on trauma related healing. I am also trained in Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy, perinatal mental health, and have extensive experience with clients who have experienced domestic violence.

 

I bring warmth and authenticity into our sessions and support you on your journey to healing. Your story is unique to you, and your thoughts and feelings matter. Starting therapy is a big step and I look forward to supporting you through it!
