Elizabeth Vargas, LMFT

I am passionate about supporting children, individuals, and families impacted by special needs, behavior challenges, divorce, and remarriage. I have compassion working with individuals who are previously or currently experiencing domestic violence in various forms. These situations are often unplanned, and can create unbalance in relationships, family dynamics, and social emotional wellbeing.

Making the choice to seek therapy is one of the first steps to beginning emotional healing and mental wellness. My ambition as a therapist is to assist by providing a genuine, comfortable, and safe environment as you navigate through your journey. I value working together collaboratively through the course of therapy using the modalities of humanistic, solution-focused, and attachment focused therapy.

I understand that engaging in therapy may be a new experience for you, and I validate your bravery in taking the next step. I look forward to meeting you where you are on your adventure. I look forward to guiding you in discovering new and healthy patterns of emotional awareness, communication strategies and personal empowerment.
